Booking Contract

CONTRACT INITIATION

By submitting a service request through a freelancer's profile, the Client agrees to initiate a
formal work agreement. This agreement is digitally time-stamped and covers:

MUTUAL EXPECTATIONS

Freelancer Agrees To:

 Deliver the agreed service with professionalism and ethical integrity
 Respect the timing, format, and confidentiality of all communications
 Notify the Client immediately of delays or concerns

Client Agrees To:

 Be present, timely, and respectful throughout the contract term
 Honor the rate and booking conditions stated on the profile
 Communicate any cancellations with notice

SESSION FLOW AND COMPLETION

 All sessions begin with a "Start Contract" button
 Upon completion, the freelancer must mark the service as "Complete."
 Client then provides optional feedback and/or a thank you note
 Admin reserves the right to review completed contracts for verification

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 25% fee charged to the Clien

 Missed appointments (no-show) may incur a full session fee
 Contract status will reflect: "Canceled," "No Show," or "Rescheduled."
 Repeated missed appointments may lead to a profile review

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA

 All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding private exchanges
 All messaging is encrypted and retained on the platform for 90 days
 Any file exchange, including NDAs or project briefs, is treated with strict privacy

RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP, AND USAGE

 All materials created or shared remain the property of the creator unless otherwise stated
in writing
 Clients may not resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute work without express permission
 Freelancers retain the right to display non-confidential work samples in portfolios unless
the Client opts out

DISPUTES AND ADMIN INTERVENTION

 The admin panel may intervene only for violations of policy or abuse
 Admins may pause or revoke profiles pending investigation
 Mediation may be offered if both parties request it

CONSENT

By proceeding with this booking, both parties affirm:
 They understand and accept these terms
 They release 369.energy / beforeifallasleep.com from liability regarding private
arrangements
 They operate as independent parties
