I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of 369.energy.

Non-Circumvention Clause

I agree not to bypass the platform to directly solicit or engage subscribers introduced through 369.energy during active engagement and for 6 months thereafter.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

I agree that upon full payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the subscriber unless otherwise stated. Unpaid work remains my property.

Administration Fee Acknowledgment

I acknowledge a 15% administration fee deduction per transaction and understand this fee is non-refundable once payment is processed.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

I acknowledge that if a scheduled service is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, 35% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the Subscriber/Client, and the Freelancer is not financially responsible for this fee.

I acknowledge that if a scheduled service is missed without prior notice (“no-show”), 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the Subscriber/Client, and the Freelancer is not financially responsible for this fee.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

I agree to maintain confidentiality of subscriber data, business information, and files.

I agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling subscriber information.

Limitation of Liability

I acknowledge that 369.energy shall not be liable for my negligence, misconduct, service errors, or damages arising from my professional services.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

I have read and agree to the SkillBridge Network Agreement and Marketplace Governance Rules.
