This section provides final instructions for your appointed Executor or Caretaker to manage your end-of-life planning as stored on the 369.energy platform.

Final Instruction for Document Use:

This document is intended for the subscriber’s planning under the “Planning Your Burial Affairs” section of 

369.energy.

Subscribers may download this file directly from their secure Planning Dashboard as a fillable PDF.

🔹 Print:

Once downloaded, print the document on standard 8.5″ x 11″ letter paper.

It is strongly recommended that subscribers:

  • Place the printed document inside a clearly labeled envelope.
  • Label the envelope:
  • 📩 “To Be Opened by My Executor or Caretaker Upon My Departure.”
  • Store the envelope in a designated safe place:
  • (Lockbox, archive folder, drawer, safe, etc.) �

Important Note for Executors/Caretakers:

Upon receiving the envelope, you must:

  • Log in to https://www.369.energy using the credentials enclosed.
  • Navigate to: About → Planning → Pre-Planning Your Funeral
  • Follow each directive as written and avoid any unauthorized edits.
  • Only those legally named are permitted access beyond the memorial arrangements.
