SERVICE AGREEMENT / TERMS OF USE

Overview:

The Planning service offers members a secure space to record funeral wishes, document essential preferences, and store a final message to a designated executor. The digital archive provides spiritual, emotional, and organizational support, but it is not intended as a legal substitute for a last will.

Monthly Subscription:

  • $1.99 for Basic Planning
  • $2.99 for Expanded Planning
  • Billed monthly until cancellation.

Annual Plan at a slight discount (e.g., $19.99/year for Basic, $29.99/year for Expanded)

 

Data Privacy & Encryption:

We securely store all user submissions with end-to-end encryption. We will not share, sell, or access any data without the user’s permission or posthumous consent via their registered Executor.

 

Executor Access:

Members designate one trusted Executor. Upon the member’s passing, the member’s authorized representative may request access via secure key or email validation. Executor permissions include download, read-only view, or print access to submit materials.

Cancellation & Retention:

Users may cancel at any time. We will keep all stored files available for 30 days after cancellation, and then we will delete them from our secure vault unless users reactivate them.

The Planning Portal provides structured prompts to help you express your funeral preferences, personal wishes, messages for loved ones, and guidance to your designated Executor. Depending on your tier, you can upload one or multiple documents, voice recordings, and legacy notes—all stored securely.

Yes. As long as your subscription remains active, you may update or replace any of your submitted documents or messages at any time through your secure member dashboard.

You’ll retain access to your uploaded content for 30 days after cancellation. After that, your account and all stored files will be securely removed from our encrypted system unless you reactivate within the grace period.

Only the Executor you designate can request access. They will need to verify identity through a secure two-step process. Upon verification, they’ll receive read-only or printable access, based on your permissions.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your files. No one at 369.energy or its affiliates can view or retrieve your private uploads unless access is granted by you or your Executor posthumously.

It is a personal message, spiritual request, or instruction intended for the individual who will carry out your final wishes. This Letter can be heartfelt, logistical, ceremonial, or a mix of all three.
