Specially designed for Life Planning Events; however, it could be utilized for any other specified commitments.
The courtesy contact is set with an attached message recorded by event planner and will have a time interval with the following indicators:
Attendees would receive their first contact alert two hours before the start of the event.
1 hour later the attendees would receive the 2nd contact alert
30 - Minutes after that the attendees would receive the 3rd contact alert
20 - Minutes before the event, the attendees would receive the 4th contact alert
7 - Minutes before the beginning of the event, the 5th last and final contact alert would be received: Attendees are reminded to quieten their phones as the event (insert name of Event) is now in session.
